In maart 2017 kwam de Zweedse ontwerpster Johanna Lindahl met de Lost in Time Shawl,
je vind deze prachtige driehoek shawl op haar website

Omdat de punten van driehoekige shawls voor mij als plus size niet voldoen om mezelf comfortabel in te pakken
ontwierp mijn eerste modificatie van Johanna’s Shawl, een shallow (minder diepe) versie
Ik doopte deze versie de Time Stretched Shawl,
deze was het ook niet voor mij maar wou deze wel delen met jullie dus die vind je hier

Time Stretched Shawl

Na de Time Stretched Shawl weer te hebben uitgehaald begon ik aan een poncho met 2 hoeken
De originele hoek werd me te spits dus modificeerde ik de hoek naar een van 90°
Halverwege besloot ik om toch geen poncho maar een V-shawl van deze 90° hoek te maken
Deze 90° modificatie kreeg de naam Time Curve Shawl (en poncho) en vind je hier

Toen kwam de vraag van een haak-maatje om een poncho zonder punten, weer aan de klus dus..
Om van de verzameling stekenpatronen waaruit het ontwerp bestaat een rond juk voor een poncho of tunic te kunnen ontwerpen
heb ik eerst de rechte herhaling getekend en daarmee maak je onder andere een rechte shawl,
vandaar nu het diagram van de Timeline Shawl

Because for me as plus size the tips of triangular shawls are not enough to wrap myself comfortably
So I designed my first modification of Johanna's Shawl, a shallow version
I named this version the Time Stretched Shawl,
this was also not for me but I wanted to share it with you so you can find it here

Time Stretched Shawl

After frogging the Time Stretched Shawl I started on a poncho with 2 corners
The original corner was too sharp for me so I modified the corner to one of 90°
Halfway through I decided not to make a poncho but a V-shawl of this 90 ° corner
This 90° modification I named the Time Curve Shawl (and poncho) and you can find it here

Then came the question of a crochet buddy for a poncho without corners, so back to work..
To be able to design a round yoke for a poncho or tunic from the collection of stitch patterns that make up the design
I first drew the straight repeat and with that you make, among other things,
a straight shawl, hence the diagram of the Timeline Shawl

Ga met je favoriete manier omhoog, 1 (ruime) keer-losse (is wat ik doe) of vervang het eerste stokje door 2-3 losse
Herhaal toer 3 tot en met 12 zo vaak als je wilt

Go up with your favorite way, 1 (loose) chain (is what I do)

or replace the first double crochet (US) / treble crochet (UK) with 2-3 chains

Repeat rows 3 through 12 as many times as you like
